VISAS for non EU citizens

For non-EU citizens: it is the responsibility of the participant to find out how long it takes to obtain a Visa. Citizens of certain countries require a visa to enter into the Republic of Ireland. Please refer to the Visa Section of the Irish Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform for further details:

Participants requiring a visa should ensure they allow sufficient time to complete the visa application process prior to the commencement of the International Criminal Court Summer School.

* We will be happy to offer a Letter of Invitation, should you need one for visa processing. Please note that we are unable to send such letters via DHL or other express mail services, due to high cost. A scanned pdf will be emailed to each participant, and a hard copy mailed via Irish Post.

If participants have registered and are denied a visa, the Irish Centre for Human Rights will provide a refund (see refund information above).

Wi-Fi access

Wi-Fi is available on the NUI Galway campus. Delegates will be given access codes to access the Wi-Fi on campus, in their registration pack on the first day of the summer school.
