10th ENROAC Conference | 3-4 June 2015
Final Details
Thank you for registering for the 10th ENROAC Conference and I would like to take this opportunity to confirm some arrangements. 

Conference Registration:
Registration will take place in Áras Moyola Building (see attached map) in NUI Galway on Wednesday June 3rd from 09.00 to 09.45.  Please note the desk will be open throughout the conference so don’t worry if you can’t be here at this time! 

Please note for delegates that booked accommodation at Corrib Village through the conference website, a separate email was issued earlier today.

Programme:
A copy of the final programme is available on the website, click here for a copy.  PLEASE NOTE Time Change to Programme for Day 2, Thursday June 4th.  The conference will start at the earlier time of 08.30 to allow delegates return to their accommodation briefly before dinner.  Parallel Sessions 4, 5 and 6 will all run earlier than previously noted on programme.

ATTENTION ALL SPEAKERS!

Please keep to your allotted time. Session chairs have been asked to ensure that speakers keep to time.  All venues will have a data projector, computer or laptop connection.   Please bring your presentation on a USB.

Reminder:  Each paper is allocated 30 minutes, approximately 15 minutes for the author(s) to present, 5 minutes for the discussant to kick-off the debate and 10 minutes for Q&A.    

Parking on Campus:
There is limited parking on campus for visiting delegates from 09.00 to 18.00 each day. If you wish to drive, permits have been organised for access to the Park & Ride Car Park (see here for directions) entrance to campus via Corrib Village Entrance, immediate left. Please find attached a copy of the permit which must be displayed on your car. Please ensure you park in white lined spaces only. The following is a copy of the bus schedule for transfer to Áras Moyola.

June 3rd, 2015: 08.30 to 10.30 & 18.00 – 20.00
June 4th, 2015: 08.00 – 10.00 & 15.45 – 17.45

There are a limited number of Pay & Display spaces on campus (blue lined spaces), delegates must pay between 09.00 and 18.00 if parked in these spaces.  All illegally parked vehicles, including cars not displaying a permit will be clamped.

Included in your fee:
Tea/coffee & lunches for both days, a social reception on the evening of June 3rd and a gala dinner on June 4th
