Social Evening, June 3rd:

A social evening will take place in the University Bar on Campus on Wednesday Evening, June 3rd at approximately 19.00, this will follow the main conference. 

Conference Dinner:
The Conference Dinner will take place in the Galway Bay Hotel on Thursday June 4th.  This will be a four course gala dinner following by Ireland's Number One Show Trad on the Prom.  Performers who have captivated audiences in such extraordinary productions as 'Riverdance', 'The Chieftains', and 'Lord of the Dance' have gathered together for an unforgettable entertainment experience.

Please note coaches will depart after the conference, dropping you off briefly to your accommodation and collecting you to transfer to the Galway Bay Hotel. 

Coach 1:
16.30     - Pick up at Áras Moyola Building drive to Corrib Village and Westwood Hotel
18.00     - Pick up at Westwood
18.10     - Pick up at Corrib Village, Transfer to Galway Bay Hotel
23.30    - Pick up Galway Bay Hotel – transfer to Corrib Village & Westwood House Hotel.

Coach 2:
16.30     - Pick up at Áras Moyola Building drive to City Centre, 2 stops, 
                 Eyre Square first stop (Bus stop outside Meyrick Hotel)
                 Spanish Arch Bus Stop
18.00     - Pick up Eyre Square (Bus stop outside Meyrick Hotel)
18.10     - Pick up at Spanish Arch Bus stop and transfer to Galway Bay Hotel.
23.30     - Pick up Galway Bay Hotel – transfer to Galway City Centre, Spanish Arch and Eyre Square.
